Delays are expected on a main Isle of Wight road between Ryde and Fishbourne this lunchtime (Tuesday, February 6), after Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue crews were called out.
They were at Elenors Grove at Fishbourne, at just before midday.
One engine from Ryde Fire Station was sent to the scene and discovered there had been a 'coolant leak' on board a double-decker Southern Vectis bus.
A spokesperson from Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service told the County Press firefighters are soaking up the coolant using pads from their environmental kit.
Traffic on Elenors Grove is being directed in both directions by fire crews while the incident is dealt with.
It is advised to avoid the area if you can.
