Fireworks Night is on November 5 - so where on the Island is celebrating?

Here's the displays we know about:

Bembridge Fireworks Night

This event will be held in Steyne Park on Friday, November 4, from 6.30pm until 8.30pm. There will be stalls in the hall, food stalls outside, DJ and the bar will be open all night with fireworks at 7.30pm.

It's free entry but donations are welcome. All monies raised will go to the Bembridge Youth and Community Centre.

Organisers ask that you don't take any sparklers or fireworks into Steyne Park on the night.

The car park will be closed and there will be 'no waiting' cones along Steyne Road.

Yarmouth town fireworks display

Sadly, this event has now been cancelled, due to expected bad weather.

Ventnor's Spyglass display

Popular pub The Spyglass in Ventnor always puts on a fantastic free fireworks display over the sea. People can support the pub by buying some drinks or stopping for a meal, for the best view in town!

The pub was planning to set off the display on Fireworks night, but having looked at the weather forecast, is now setting the display off around 7.30pm on Friday, November 4, instead.

IW Community Club in Cowes

Fireworks will be going off at approximately 8pm on November 5.

Parking is limited so if you can walk or bus please do. Be mindful of neighbours if you need to park on the surrounding roads.

Entry to the club, on Park Road, is free. The kitchen will be open from 6pm to 9pm, and there will be a family disco.

White Horse Inn, Whitwell

Now rescheduled, a non-bang firework display and bonfire is planned at the White Horse Inn.

Due to the weather, it will take place on November 12 instead.

Fairlee Fireworks for Mountbatten

Please note: This event has completely sold out.

Fabulous fireworks, a fundraising firewalk and a night of family fun are on offer at a new event organised by the Isle of Wight Festival, Mountbatten and Isle of Wight Radio.

The Island’s first-ever Fairlee fireworks will take place at North Fairlee Farm in Newport on Saturday, November 5.

Featuring a fire show, live music, a bonfire, crowdeoke, food vendors, bars and a firework finale, the family event will raise money for Mountbatten Isle of Wight.

One of the highlights will be the fundraising firewalk - a barefoot walk across red hot coals.

The fireworks will start at 8pm.
