Red Jet 6 received regulatory approval following repair works and returned to service yesterday (Friday).

Red Funnel operations director, Leanna Lakes, said: “We are working hard to ensure Red Jet 7 can return to service, including making essential repairs to the fuel system.

"Those repairs are progressing well. Once we have undertaken sea trials, we will be able to provide customers with further information regarding Monday's services.”
