Two more people have died in hospital on the Isle of Wight.

The data records those who tested positive for Covid-19, and where it was recognised on a death certificate.

Announced today, the deaths were recorded on January 22.

106 people have died from Covid-19 in St Mary's hospital since records began.

In total, 160 people have died on the Island - including 54 people in the community (at home, in a hospice, or in a care home).  

Yesterday, it was announced that four more people had died from the virus.

Today (Sunday), 89 new cases of coronavirus have been added to the Isle of Wight's total.

The rolling average continues to fall.

In the seven days to January 19, per 100,000 people, there were 512.8 cases.
