THE Isle of Wight's Great Britain skeleton racer, Kim Murray, is using time in lockdown to run a free workout taster session.

Kim's Run Strong session, with her personal training company, KimFit, takes runners on a a class-based training plan at home designed to improve strength, make running easier and build a stronger, less injury prone body.

The Island-born skeleton sensation, 31, of Binstead, has had a mixed season, but she did chalk up some memorable highlights — being selected for the GB squad, breaking a track record in Austria, albeit she held on to it for a very short time, and winning gold at the InterContinental Cup in the United States — a milestone in her fast-developing career as a ‘slider’.

Kim will be hoping she makes the GB Winter Olympics team for Beijing in 2022.

Go along to our free taster class tomorrow (Wednesday) at 7pm.
