A RAUCOUS crowd at Ryde’s Coburgs venue were treated to an action-packed evening of wrestling, staged by new Sandown-based club, Outcast Pro Wresting.
The bill opened with the Gauntlet Match to decide the number one contender for the Isle of Wight Championship.
Maxx Carnage eliminated The Celtic Dragon by knockout, The Resident Rival, after the referee stopped the bout, and Axl Chaos, by a pin-fall.
Alun Bay beat Azzy Adams with a controversial pin-fall and there was a titanic team battle, which saw the Outcast Death Squad pair beat The Perfect Storm, while Jackson Arrow defended his Isle of Wight Championship in a table match not for the faint-hearted, with multiple weapons used, against JJ Volare.
Outcast Pro Wrestling, established by Matt Jackson, will hold their next big event at Newport’s Riverside Centre on Saturday, July 27.
