ISLE of Wight rider Sarah Holmes has gained another top ten finish in the London Capital and Finance Osborne Horse Trials today (Thursday).

Sarah finished in tenth place in the Grand Prix competition for the Victoria Bowl, riding her own Lowhill Clover.

Sarah rode a good dressage test this morning and jumped clear in both the showjumping and cross-country this afternoon.

She said: "My horse was brilliant and I still can't believe I have jumped three double clears in the last two days.

"It's a top class field, with many riders and horses who have competed at Olympic, World and European championships level."

Today's Grand Prix class was won by the world's current leading event rider, Oliver Townend, who also took second place, while seven-times Australian Olympic rider, Andrew Hoy, was third.
