ATHLETES are limbering up for this year's gruelling 30km North Downs Run.
Starting and finishing at Istead Rise Community Centre, the course takes in the North Downs countryside, using lanes and tracks passing through Cobham and Luddesdown.
The closing date for postal entries is September 24 but the race is limited to 500 runners. Entry is £7.50 with proceeds going to the Lions Hospice, Northfleet.
