The Lloyds Bank building, at 22 St Thomas’s Square, is on the market through agents Chesters Harcourt with a guide price of £450,000.

The property, which comprises two period buildings occupied as one, is in a prominent position in one of Newport’s most historic locations.

The building is not listed, and is offered freehold, subject to the lease to Lloyds Bank plc.
