The five-storey house at 18 The Strand, Ryde, is listed by Clive Emson Auctioneers in its July auction.

The online auction ends on July 23, with bidding live 48 hours beforehand.

Other properties on the Island set to go under the hammer include a freehold town centre pub at 68 St Johns Road, Ryde, with a guide price of £195,000.
