Eight years after her last Isle of Wight Festival appearance, Rita Ora returned to the Main Stage today (Saturday , June 20), drawing a large crowd to Seaclose Park for her first festival performance of the summer.

Festival-goers gathered in front of the Main Stage to watch the chart-topping singer, who delivered a hit-filled set spanning more than a decade of chart success.
Rita Ora opened her performance with her version of Fatboy Slim's Praise You before treating fans to some of her best-known tracks, with singalongs spreading across the arena throughout the afternoon.
Later in the set, she also performed Cher's Strong Enough and Nelly's Hot in Herre.

Addressing festival-goers, Rita Ora said: "This is one of my favourite festivals, it's so iconic, it's so cool to be here. I thought I'd just come here and sing my heart out today."
Rita Ora also brought a fan on stage, called Helen, to sing happy birthday to her.

The singer last performed at the IW Festival in 2018, and her return was met with an enthusiastic reception from fans eager to welcome her back to the Island.
Since her previous appearance, Rita Ora has continued to enjoy success both as a recording artist and television personality, appearing on programmes including The Masked Singer and The Voice while maintaining an international music career.
Saturday's performance demonstrated why she remains one of the UK's most recognisable pop stars, with a crowd stretching across the Main Stage arena to welcome her back to Seaclose Park.
