With temperatures soaring for Isle of Wight Festival 2026, revellers are being urged to stay hydrated as the heat build across the weekend.
While bars are dotted around Seaclose Park, festivalgoers will need more than alcohol to keep cool in the high temperatures.
One of the most frequently asked questions each year is whether visitors can bring their own water onto the site.

Can I take water into the Isle of Wight Festival?
According to the IW Festival's official policy, water and non-alcoholic drinks can be taken into the site — but only in 500ml plastic bottles with unbroken seals.
In a bid to reduce plastic waste, festivalgoers are 'actively encouraged' to bring in empty refillable drinks bottles.
These can be filled up at the festival's 12 water points dotted around the site.
Each water point can be located on the Isle of Wight Festival's downloadable app, under 'water fountains'.
An amber weather warning for extreme heat has been issued for the Island by the Met Office.
An amber heat health alert was also issued for between 12pm yesterday (Thursday, June 18) and 8pm on Tuesday, June 23.
Temperatures are expected to reach around 28C on Sunday.
