The aerial photographs, captured above the Newport site today (Saturday, June 13), show Seaclose Park being transformed, ready to welcome tens of thousands of music fans from across the country.

With headline performances from Lewis Capaldi, Calvin Harris and The Cure fast approaching, crews are working to complete the vast build ahead of the four-day event.

The drone images show the Main Stage beginning to take shape, with a huge platform and towering scaffolding structures rising from the grass.

Around it, production teams can be seen positioning lighting rigs, sound towers and rows of cabins that will support the event throughout the weekend.

Elsewhere, the festival's distinctive blue and white Big Top tent already dominates the landscape.

The images also highlight the scale of the accommodation areas, with long rows of bell tents and glamping pitches stretching across the campsite.

One of the most striking sights is the Big Wheel, which has already been erected in the main arena.

This year's line-up will see Lewis Capaldi headline the Main Stage on Friday night, joined by Island favourites Wet Leg and indie stars Two Door Cinema Club.

Saturday's bill is headed by Calvin Harris, with Teddy Swims, Rita Ora and Rick Astley also among the day's big hitters.

The Cure will close the festival on Sunday evening, with The Kooks, The Last Dinner Party and a host of other acts appearing across the final day.

The Big Top will once again host a packed programme of entertainment throughout the weekend, including performances from Joel Corry, Tom Grennan, Sex Pistols featuring Frank Carter, Feeder and Jo Whiley's 90s Anthems.

Festival favourites including Kashmir Cafe, Hipshaker Lounge and Electro Love will also return, showcasing both established artists and emerging talent late into the night.
