Award winning Isle of Wight hotel up for sale in Seaview

The Seaview Hotel, on Seaview High Street, is in the heart of the village and just a few steps from the sea.

The hotel has 24 rooms and a two-bedroom cottage, as well as a restaurant, a coffee lounge, a dining room, and a bar.

The Aquitania restaurant has held two AA Rosettes for five years running.

According to estate agents Fleurets, the hotel has a strong heritage in hospitality and blends "relaxed coastal living with attentive service".

The hotel has been widely praised and has received numerous awards over the past decade.

The Seaview Hotel team said: "We are proud of what we have achieved over the last 23 years of ownership.

"However, we feel that now is the time to pass the baton to new owners."
