The Isle of Wight looks set for a spell of mixed but largely mild weather over the Easter weekend, with spring temperatures and some sunshine tempered by the possibility of scattered showers.
Good Friday (April 3) should start largely dry with bright spells, especially along southern parts of the Island.
Cloud will increase from the west later, bringing a chance of light rain in the afternoon and evening.
Temperatures are expected to reach around 13–14C, with a moderate south‑westerly breeze making it feel slightly cooler by the coast.

Saturday looks likely to be the mildest day of the long weekend.
Forecasters expect highs of 15C under partly sunny skies, though an isolated shower could develop inland during the afternoon.
Easter Sunday could see periods of rain or drizzle through the morning before easing to patchy cloud and brighter intervals.
Temperatures should remain steady, between 11C and 13C.
By Easter Monday (6 April), a fresher north‑westerly flow should bring clearer and drier air.
Sunny spells are likely to return, though a chilly breeze may persist, with highs around 12C.
Overall, the Easter holiday should bring a mixture of sunshine, cloud, and occasional showers.
