HOVERCRAFT services on the Isle of Wight have been suspended until further notice due to adverse weather conditions on The Solent.
All Hovertravel flights between Ryde and Southsea have been halted this morning (Sunday).

The Met Office forecast shows winds are at gusting to 34mph, making The Solent too choppy for hovercraft flights currently.

The next update will be at 10.45am.
Tickets will be accepted on the Wightlink FastCat service between Ryde Pier and Portsmouth Harbour.
UPDATE 11.11am: Flights are still grounded, due to the weather conditions. The next update will be at 11.45am.
UPDATE 12.13pm: Still no hovercrafts running. The next update will be at 12.45pm.
UPDATE 1.18pm: Flights still halted. Next update at 1.45pm.
UPDATE 3.04pm: Hovercrafts are back on again.
