Isle of Wight drivers are bracing themselves for traffic delays with five roads in and near Wootton all scheduled to be shut around the same time.
Closures are expected on Lushington Hill, Briddlesford Road, Alverstone Road, Brocks Copse Road and Combley Road in June.
At some point between June 2 and June 13, both Alverstone Road and Brocks Copse Road are expected to be shut for crack sealing.
The closures are necessary to allow Island Roads to undertake the reconstruction of the footway and/or carriageway, with any associated drainage and preparation works.

Meanwhile, a traffic notice states Lushington Hill, a main road between Wootton and Whippingham, will be closed between June 5 and June 6.
This is to allow Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks (SSEN) to carry out repairs.
Both sets of work coincide with a near four week closure of Briddlesford Road from May 27 to June 16.
Enforced by Southern Gas Network (SGN), this is to allow for engineers to replace gas pipes.
The main road through Havenstreet is also currently shut due to a burst pipe.
All five closures follow two months of work on the nearby Park Road.
The road was supposed to be shut for around seven weeks but ended up being extended by an additional two weeks.
It did not open as planned yesterday, leading to further traffic disruption.
After uproar from residents and local councillor Sarah Redrup, it eventually opened late this morning.
