A Seaview man has been found not guilty after being accused of rape.
Toby Davies, 58, of Bluett Avenue, Seaview, had faced a charge that on a date between May 1 and May 31, 2020, he raped a woman in Seaview.
A trial took place at the Isle of Wight Crown Court in June.
Mr Davies was found not guilty at trial on June 26, 2024.
