An Isle of Wight woman denies causing over £5,000 worth of damage to the inside of her sister’s home.
Penny Round, of Albert Street, Ryde, attended the Isle of Wight Magistrates’ Court on Friday, September 20.
The 51-year-old denied a single charge of criminal damage to property – value over £5,000.
Ms Round allegedly ‘deliberately’ damaged walls, floors and other household furniture inside her sister’s home.
It is said that the extent of the damage totalled up to £5,399.
Magistrates accepted jurisdiction of the case and granted Ms Round unconditional bail.
A trial will take place on May 7, 2025.
