A crash near a popular Isle of Wight tourist attraction sparked an emergency callout yesterday afternoon (Saturday).
At around 5pm, police were alerted to a crash close to Tapnell Farm, near Middle Road.
The collision involved a moped and a car.
The driver of the moped sustained minor injuries, police have confirmed.
Officers were alerted to the incident shortly after a separate crash in the West Wight.
Some 30 minutes before, emergency service teams responded to a single-vehicle crash in Thorley.
They were called to a collision at the junction of Thorley Street and Wilmingham Lane.
The occupants of the vehicle sustained minor injuries.
