A WOMAN involved in a two-car crash at an Isle of Wight village, in which injuries were caused, has been charged with drink driving.
Emergency services were called to a collision on the A3054 in Shalfleet, near the New Inn traffic lights, at 5.55pm yesterday (Friday).
Police, paramedics and firefighters were all in attendance.

It appears the crash involved a grey Kia and a red Peugeot, which resulted in minor injuries to one of those involved in it.
Jodie Louise Fishwick, 35, of Mitchells Road in Ryde, was subsequently charged with drink driving and will appear before Island magistrates on Tuesday, May 7.
The Kia had considerable rear-end damage.
