A MAN accused of being caught behind the wheel of a stationary Citroen car while while more than double the drink-drive, will stand trial this summer.
Jacob Grimaldi, of Upton Road, Ryde, denied being in charge of a motor vehicle while above the drink drive limit, in a layby on High Street, Wootton Bridge, on April 4.
He appeared at the Isle of Wight Magistrates' Court on Friday, April 19.
The 31-year-old was bailed to reappear for trial at the same venue on July 3.
