Here are some of the upcoming road closures on the Isle of Wight to be aware of, subject to change.

NEWPORT: Sandy Lane will be closed for one shift between Wednesday, April 17, and Friday, April 19, or when the works have been completed, from its junctions with Paradise Farm Access Road and Marvel Lane. The closure is required for safety during carriageway repair works.

ROOKLEY: Highwood Lane will be closed for one shift between Wednesday, April 17, and Friday, April 19 or when the works have been completed, from its junctions with Rookley Village Hall and Main Road. The closure is required for safety during drainage repair works.

MERSTONE: Merstone Lane will be closed from 8am on Monday, April 15, until 4pm on Friday, April 26, or when the works have been completed, between its junctions with Chapel Lane and Newlands. The closure is required for safety during utility works.

FRESHWATER: Middleton will be closed for its entire length from 8am on Monday, April 15, until 5pm on Wednesday, April 17, or when the works have been completed. The closure is required for safety during utility works.
NITON: Chatfield Road will be closed from 8am on Wednesday, April 17, until 4pm on Friday, April 26, or when the works have been completed, between its junctions with Kingates Lane and Jobsons Farm access road. The closure is required for safety during utility works.

EAST COWES: Sylvan Avenue will be closed from 7pm on Tuesday, April 16, until 6.30am on Wednesday, April 17, or when the works have been completed, between its junctions with New Barn Road and Hefford Road. The closure is required for safety during utility works.

ST LAWRENCE: St Lawrence Shute will be closed for one shift on Friday, April 19, between its junctions with Seven Sisters Road and Ventnor footpath 75. The closure is required for safety during carriageway repair works.

EAST COWES: Esplanade will be closed for one shift between Friday, April 19, and Monday, April 22, between its junctions with Cambridge Road and Esplanade Car Park. The closure is required for safety during carriageway repair works.
