An exciting addition is coming to the Isle of Wight County Press from this week onwards.
Each week, our letters pages will feature a caricature of an artist who has performed on the Isle of Wight.
The caricatures come courtesy of Adam Brown, of Isle of Wight Caricatures, who can be found on Instagram as @adam_adamart and on Facebook at Isle of Wight Caricatures.
Adam has named his series They Played The Wight and he has kicked off with Paul McCartney. Readers will be able to cut out and keep the caricatures if they wish, thanks to a handy dotted scissor line.
For the past couple of years, Adam has been drawing live caricatures at weddings and at events all over the Isle Of Wight.
He got back into drawing during the Covid pandemic and is currently an art teacher at Christ the King College.
