The lots, listed by Clive Emson Auctioneers, features the Prince Consort, on St Thomas Street in Ryde, with an indicated price of over £400,000.

Another listing is a freehold, two-bedroom bungalow at 12 Footways, Wootton Bridge, requiring refurbishment and upgrading, with a guide price upwards of £185,000.

Meanwhile, a self-contained, one-bedroom flat at 4 Victoria Lodge on Monkton Street, Ryde, needs refurbishment and upgrading, coming with a 125-year lease from 1987, priced upwards of £50,000.

Auctioneer, Rob Marchant, highlighted the three-storey, centrally-located building at 120 High Street, Ryde.

Bringing in £27,850 per year, it is arranged with a retail unit on the ground floor and four studio flats on the upper floors — deemed ideal for rental. The guide price is upwards of £250,000. 

Among the other listings is a one-bedroom flat at Coniston House, 9 Coniston Drive, Ryde — a Victorian 'gentleman's residence' — with a 999-year lease and a starting price above £70,000.

Another unique property is town centre investment, 2 Clarence Buildings, Avenue Road, Freshwater, which includes a shop and three flats, but requiring refurbishment.

The building layout includes a lock-up shop unit, small ground floor flat and a larger first floor flat, sold under a long leasehold, while the second floor holds a two-bedroom flat with rental potential.

An end-terrace freehold house with two bedrooms at 57 Adelaide Grove, East Cowes, has a starting price of £150,000.

A five-bedroom, semi-rural farmhouse in Rew Street, Gurnard, has a guide price of between £300,000 and £330,000.

Currently let, Tintos, a freehold street bar with a three/four bedroom flat, at 24, Pier Street, Ventnor, has a guide price of £190,000-£210,000.
