AN ISLE of Wight man accused of a serious sexual offence involving a child, will face trial.
Ben Scutt, of Station Road, Wootton, denied sexually assaulting a boy aged under 13 years by touching, when he appeared at the Isle of Wight Magistrates' Court.
The offence is alleged to have taken place in November 2019.
The 33-year-old was bailed to reappear for a plea and trial preparation hearing at the Isle of Wight Crown Court on March 11.
