An Isle of Wight man accused of an attack in Sandown will stand trial next month.
Tobias Robert Green, of no fixed address but formerly of Sandown, denied assaulting a man by beating on November 5 last year, at an earlier hearing.
He reappeared by video link at the Isle of Wight Magistrates' Court on Friday, February 2.
The 36-year-old was given conditional bail, not to contact the alleged victim, to reappear for trial at the same venue on March 13.
