A WOMAN has been left out of pocket and with points on her licence after driving in Newport High Street without due care or attention.
Jenny Cannell, 61, of Mitchell Avenue, Ventnor, admitted driving without due care and attention on May 24, 2023, in a case heard at Aldershot Justice Centre earlier this month.
She was driving a VW Beetle car.
She was fined £293 with costs of £85 and a surcharge of £117, and she must pay in full by February 12.
Her driving record was endorsed with five penalty points.
