The annual drive-out started at 10am at B&Q car park in Newport and finished at Compton Farm in West Wight.

Vehicles started arriving at B&Q at 8.30am, allowing the public to see them ahead of the event.

The journey got underway with tractors travelling towards Cowes before turning off onto Noke Common – where Keith’s photos (above) were taken.

From there, the convoy journeyed through Porchfield and Shalfleet before crossing the side roads to Middle Road and back to Carisbrooke, passing through Bowcombe and Gatcombe, taking a short stop at Cridmore Farm in Kingston.

The tractors then passed through the villages of Chale Green, Shorwell, Brighstone, Mottistone and Hulverstone before turning off at Brook onto Middle Road towards Compton.

This year, the road run was in support of Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance and Alzheimer’s Cafe Daily.
