RED Funnel’s Red Jet is running a revised timetable for the remainder of today (Wednesday), due to a technical issue with one of its vessels.
A fault with the engine room dampers on Red Jet 6 is to blame, says the cross-Solent operator.
Red Jet 4, meanwhile, is operating with limitations.
Red Funnel has apologised for any inconvenience caused.

Red Funnel’s car ferry service has also been hampered by a combination of strong winds and ongoing maintenance.
Red Funnel’s East Cowes to Southampton car ferry, Red Falcon, is currently receiving maintenance and a number of sailings have been cancelled as a result.
Some other sailings are also operating as freight-only.
