The jury in the trial of two Isle of Wight men accused of murder will continue its deliberations today (Tuesday).
Cameron Wayne Baker, of Leed Street, Sandown and Rio Tyrrell Scott, of Park Road, Ryde, both aged 28, deny murdering Tommy Barton earlier this year.
At Winchester Crown Court, judge, Mrs Justice Sara Cockerill, delivered her final statement yesterday morning, shortly before the jury retired.
Tommy Barton, 30, died in the early hours of Sunday, May 28, after an incident in Park Road, Ryde.
A trial got underway last month.
