A landmark former café, at 31 Bath Road, Cowes, is going up for auction, jointly with Scotcher & Co.

Described as 'substantial', the auctioneer says significant upgrading and refurbishment is required.

It is being sold alongside Megan Baker.

Also in Newport, a freehold two-bedroom bungalow on Beech Road is guided at £95,000-plus.
