A van has crashed into a height restriction barrier in an Isle of Wight supermarket car park.
Pictures show the barrier, in the car park of Sainsbury's, Newport, partially ripped from the ground.
The incident happened at around 10am, the County Press has been told.
The barrier is in place to stop vehicles, which are too high, from driving under the multi-story car park.
One person told the CP: "The barrier is beyond repair, the post is ripped out of the ground!"
The van has since been moved.
