A drug driving arrest has been made following a crash between Ventnor and Shanklin last night (Thursday).
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary said it was called to Cowleaze Hill at 9.10pm.
One vehicle, a Subaru Impreza, was involved, police said.
No injuries were reported.
The driver, a 24-year-old man, was arrested on suspicion of drug driving.
He has been released from custody but remains under investigation while enquiries continue.
