A MAN has been charged as part of a police investigation into a vehicle theft on the Isle of Wight.
A black Ford Mondeo ST was reported stolen at around 7pm on Wednesday, from an address on Bowcombe Road, Carisbrooke.
Police say the vehicle was located at a junction near Blackwater Road later that evening.
In the wake of the discovery, Terence Wolfe, 69, of Berry Close in Newport, has been charged with aggravated vehicle taking and driving without insurance.
He has been bailed to appear before Isle of Wight magistrates on September 8.
