Isle of Wight artist, Garry Hurt, has raised more than £500 for an Island children's charity, by donating a painting and auctioning it.
His striking work shows Isle of Man TT winner, Steve Plater, winning in 2009.
The pair joined forces to raise cash for Newport's Beaulieu House, which helps families with disabled children.
It mean that not only did the painting depict a memorable win but it was a second-time winner, when it raised £550 for the charity's respite centre.
Arreton-based Garry, from Little Art at the Barn, presented the cheque to children and staff, following its sale.
