The Isle of Wight hospital and NHS teams have released details of the extensive building work at two of its sites - St Mary's Hospital and its new community and mental health hub, in Newport.
A new roof, sky lights and windows have been installed at the new community and mental health hub, which used to be HMV in Newport High Street.
New stud walls and ceilings mean clinical rooms and staff offices are also coming to life.
The café space is also underway.

Work on the hub so far is being described as significant by the NHS, which has confirmed it is on track to open in the Spring.
Meanwhile, at St Mary's Hospital, ground and foundation work has now been completed for an intensive care unit (ICU) extension.
A new steel structure to support the extension is in place and work inside is pressing ahead.
The Isle of Wight hospital's ICU expansion will see the unit increase from six to eight beds.
There also be the addition of a separate six-bed enhanced care unit.
The Isle of Wight's new emergency care floor is also on plan to open in the Spring, the NHS says.
The aim is to create a joint emergency department and urgent treatment centre, along with short stay facilities and a new frailty unit.
Chief Officer, Joe Smyth said: "We are pleased with the progress that has been made so far.
"Once completed, our community will benefit from significant improvements to the quality of care that we provide."
The acute ward at St Mary’s Hospital is expected to open this autumn.
This will see the fracture clinic move to the north hospital building, to make way for the expanded emergency floor, and also for the same day emergency care facilities.
Ward sister Mandy Webb said: "It is incredible to see how much the space has been transformed so far.
"The rooms and space that we will have to care for patients are taking shape. We were able to get a real sense of the environment and can’t wait to see the final results."
Derek Jackson, contracts manager for Kier Construction said: "The last couple of months has seen a significant transformation to hospital estate, with the forming of the new extensions as well the internal fit out works.
"The new floor plans are taking shape, ensuring high standards of quality and safety and without compromising the operation of the hospital.”
