Big Brother host and Strictly Come Dancing star AJ Odudu has posted pictures of herself enjoying a trip to the Isle of Wight.
The presenter shared a video on her Instagram story showing her running along Sandown beach, with the pier in the background.
Another picture was uploaded with the caption: 'It's freezing...but in my mind it's tropical.'
She also posed with a surfboard.
She commented to say she was running to see Emmy award-winning screenwriter and Islander, Vicki Lutas and her family.
Vicki is best known for Netflix drama, Free Rein, which she co-created with Anna McCleery. The show is set on an Island inspired by the Isle of Wight.

In 2018, it was awarded Best Children’s Programme at the Daytime Emmys.
AJ is no stranger to the Island having co-presented Sky Arts' coverage of the Isle of Wight Festival in 2012.
In 2021, she appeared on the 19th series of Strictly Come Dancing but was forced to pull out of the show a day before the final, after suffering an injury.
This year she will co-host the revival of Big Brother.
The show is set to air on ITV2 in October.
