Dozens of Islanders put their lawn mowers away for May as part of a national campaign to support biodiversity and wildlife.

No Mow May asks us to let grass grow longer, to provide food for insects and bees.

The Isle of Wight Council and Ventnor Town Council were among those to have jonied efforts.
