Police, firefighters and paramedics have been called to Leeson Road.

It has happened near the viewpoint carpark, halfway along the road, the County Press has been told.

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service said it received a call at 2.44pm.

Two appliances, from Ryde and Newport fire stations are in attendance.

There are delays in the area.

Police have confirmed a car collided with a wall.

Officers were called at 2.42pm.

Emergency services remain on scene.
