Isle of Wight ferry operator, Red Funnel, is operating from a different Southampton berth until the early hours of Friday and again, between March 19 and March 24.
The company says passengers on its East Cowes to Southampton route have been informed.
The temporary change is to enable essential maintenance.
It sees vehicle ferries operating from Berth 25 - around five minutes by car from its usual terminal, on Town Quay.
Until 2am, on Friday, March 10 and also from Sunday, March 19 until 2am on Friday, March 24, expect some changes on the route.
Foot passengers should head to Terminal 1 in Southampton as normal, where transport to Berth 25 will be provided.
Motorists should head straight for Berth 25, via Dock Gate 4.
