Firefighters are tackling a chimney fire in Chale this morning (Friday).

One appliance from Shanklin Fire Station is in attendance, having been called at 10.20am.

The fire has broken out at a property on Appleford Road, Chale Green.

Firefighters remain at the scene.

No one is thought to have been hurt.
