A flood alert remains for Isle of Wight river, the Eastern Yar, near Sandown this morning (Tuesday), after days of heavy rain.
The Environment Agency says: "Water levels on the Eastern Yar are high.
"Levels are currently stable close to the top of the bank at Alverstone and continue to rise at Sandown.
"The river is out of bank at Whitwell and Langbridge."

Access to Horringford is restricted and there is flooding at Golf Links Road and Morton Common Road.
Water levels will be high at Sandown Bridge, the sewage treatment plant and Fort Holiday Park.
It has warned its flood alert and warning system is now automated until Boxing Day.
Other flood alerts previously issued for the Island have now been lifted.
An Isle of Wight Met Service weather warning for heavy rain remains until 8am, meanwhile the national Met Office has now lifted its yellow weather warning for rain for the Island.
Forecaster Jamie Russell says we should expect a drier bright day today.
There will be sunney spells.
Temperatures will beach 11C.
