TRAFFIC lights are causing an issue on the Downs near the Hare and Hounds and Downend at Arreton.
Island Roads said contractors are on their way to fix a fault at the traffic signals.
There's traffic build up from the Brading Downs to Arreton direction, but traffic congestion is easing in all other directions this morning (Wednesday).
An Island Roads spokesperson said: "Apologies for inconvenience and we hope to have the issue resolved today."
