A GERMAN kitchen retailer is set to open its first Isle of Wight showroom later this year.

In early December, Kutchenhaus says it will bring a new level of kitchen quality and style to Newport.

The 1,800 sq ft. space will feature 13 kitchen displays and appliances from Miele, Bosch, Neff, Siemens, Smeg and many others.

This showroom will stand as the single Nobilia branch on the Island, and two showroom staff have been employed to oversee it.

The Kutchenhaus location at Coppins Bridge Retail and Leisure Park will sit next to The Gym Group, and will feature a free on-site car park with more than 500 spaces.

Sean Carr and Owen Jefferies will deliver the Kutchenhaus Isle of Wight showroom alongside branch manager, Peter Webb.

The trio have nearly 60 years’ combined kitchen experience.

Paul Lee, head of marketing at Kutchenhaus, said: “It is a landmark moment for the Kutchenhaus brand to be taken across the coast to the Isle of Wight.

"We are thrilled Island residents will have the opportunity to see how attainable a German quality kitchen can be."

Owned by Nobilia, Kutchenhaus is a franchise business.

The brand’s fitted kitchens feature modern home technology and solutions that are designed for daily living.
