Lake Hill has reopened this morning (Wednesday), after an Isle of Wight teenager was involved in a collision on Tuesday evening.
Hampshire Constabulary was called to the stretch of road in Sandown between its junction with Fairway and The Heights leisure centre.
A bicycle and a vehicle were involved in the incident, which happened at around 4.30pm.
The road was closed for a number of hours.
