A SUSPECTED crash in Downend is causing considerable traffic delays this afternoon (Friday).
Traffic build-up has been reported on The Downs Road, at its junction with Downend Road.
A temporary road closure is understood to have been put in place and traffic is being diverted.
Motorists should avoid the area if possible.

Update: The road has now reopened and traffic is passing through the area freely.
