Cowes Week is in full flow and there is plenty to enjoy between now and prize-giving day on Friday (August 5).

As well as all the action on the water, there's lot to experience shoreside, including shopping in the Parade Village, which features a number of Isle of Wight businesses this year.

Visitors to the Parade Village will find stands from Newport and Cowes-based Richmonds Bakery, as well as Gurnard-based juice company Elixir, which was founded by Lauren Morton and Kate England, and Arreton-based jeweller, Thomas P. Cochran.

Island Photo Centre is on hand to give you advice and at the Wight Originals marquee you will also find the Isle of Wight Cocktail Co, Ventnor-based Hill Hassall Botanics, Tipsy Wight, Mulberry Tree Woodturnery and many more.

Charities are also well represented in the Parade Village, with stands including UKSA and the Jubilee Sailing Trust.

Northwood House has a full programme of attactions and entertainment, including the Northwood House Tea Gardens and The Lawn Bar Mermaid Garden with nightly live music.

There are car club displays in Northwood Park and Quantum Theatre has been putting on The Tale of Peter Rabbit and Benjamin Bunny for the children on selected dates.

As well as all the normal yacht club parties and live music in the evenings in various spots, there are musicians, hair-braiding and other attractions in the town centre too.
