The Red Hot Chilli Pipers are among those bringing their unique brand of rock and roll to our shores – in a one-off show.

The Chillis have sold out tours across the globe, including in the UK, USA, China, Australia, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Dubai, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and India.

They will be joined at the concert by Wight Hot Pipes, the Island’s own Celtic bagpipe rock band.

The Island band became internationally recognised after a standing ovation performance on stage at BBKing Club in Broadway, Manhattan and have enjoyed success following their stage debut at Glastonbury in 2019.

Matt Black is also joining the fun on stage — the entertainer-extraordinaire from Dorset who mixes music with comedy.

"It is our privilege to introduce the legend, Matt Black, known as The Piano Man," said a spokesperson for the Ryde charity.

"To kick off this festival of fun and music, grab a drink and snack from the bar, sit back and be enthralled by The Scots Guards Association and White Rose Highland Dancers.

Speaking about Red Hot Chilli Pipers, Aspire said: “Famous all over the world, and with USA and European tours already planned this year, we are lucky to have this amazing sensation with us.

"It's all in support of Isle of Wight community support charity, Aspire."

The event takes place tomorrow (Saturday, July 23) from 6pm.
