A DRIVER has been reported for summons for driving without insurance and using a hand held device at the wheel, following an accident in East Cowes.
Adelaide Grove was closed today when a Peugeot overturned after a collision.
A Hampshire Constabulary spokesperson said: "We were called at 12.57pm with reports of a collision on Adelaide Grove, East Cowes, during which a vehicle overturned.
"No serious injuries were reported.
"The driver of a Peugeot 3008, a 27-year-old woman, was reported for summons for driving without insurance and using a hand held device at the wheel."
The road has now been re-opened to traffic.
